Two working professionals looking for a 1-bed flat (Zone 1 / Zone 1-2 border)
Budget: £1,500-1,600 pcm

We're two clean, neat working professionals looking to take on a modern 1-bed flat together as joint tenants — not a room-share, we'd be renting the whole flat between us.

A bit about us: we both work full-time and travel fairly often for work, so we're mainly home in the evenings and some weekends. Because of that, we're specifically after a flat with a good-sized, comfortable living room rather than a second bedroom — we'd get much more use out of communal space than a spare room.

What we're looking for:
- Modern 1-bed flat, ideally new-build or recently refurbished
- Zone 1 or Zone 1/2 border (Paddington, Angel, Bermondsey, Elephant & Castle, Aldgate, Vauxhall, Angel, Canary Wharf areas all work well)
- Spacious living/reception room
- £1,500-1,600 pcm total

About us:
- Both full-time working professionals, tidy and low-maintenance
- Happy to provide references, right-to-rent checks, and go on the tenancy jointly
- Quiet during the week, respectful of shared space
