Bedsit, self contained flat or ensuite room

Looking for ensuite room or bedsit with all bills included in halifax or huddersfield.
Have been with same employer for 3 years and same land lady for 5 years now. Can provide referemces for both. You will never have any issues with me as a tenant, quiet, clean, professional and always pay rent on time and maintain the property.

Dealbreakers for room are, must be ground floor and must have parking
Either in hudds hd4 or hd5
And halifax in hx1.

Looking to move in 1st july or 1st august
