HI Spareroom Landlords, I am a clean, quiet, and reliable professional looking for a fully furnished 1 bedroom space for exactly one month this summer. My precise dates are July 2nd through August 2nd 2026.
I am looking for a place in the BS14 area (Whitchurch, Hengrove, Stockwood) or nearby well-connected South Bristol neighborhoods like Knowle or Brislington. I am a single guest, non-smoker, have no pets, and deeply respect household rules and shared spaces.
What I am looking for: A comfortable, fully furnished room( an ensuite is a plus, but not required). A clean house shared with respectful professionals. High-speed Wi-Fi and all utility bills included in the monthly price.
Budget & Logistics: My monthly budget is £600 to £700 including all bills and paying upfront. Because this is a short-term, a month stay, I am highly organized and fully prepared to pay the entire month's rent and any security deposit upfront to make the process completely hassle-free for you.
