Room wanted – bills included, within budget

Looking for a room to rent with ALL bills included in the price. I need something that fits within the Local Housing Allowance rate, so affordability is key for me.

I’m a clean, tidy and reliable person who pays rent on time every month. I’m easy to get along with, respectful of other people’s space and I keep things neat and tidy. I work regularly and I’m looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to call home.

I don’t mind if there are smokers or pets, I get on with everyone. I just want somewhere safe, affordable and stress-free where I can settle down properly. Ready to move quickly if I find the right place!
