Professional male looking for furnished room or st

Hi, I’m Alex, 33, working full time as a professional in Sale.

I’m looking for a clean, furnished room, studio or one bedroom place available from 1st July. Ideally I’m looking for somewhere around Sale, Brooklands, Stretford, Timperley, Altrincham or nearby, within around 30 minutes’ drive of Stanley Square in Sale.

My ideal budget is £600 to £800 with bills included, but I can consider up to £1,000 depending on the property and whether bills are included. An en suite or self contained space would be ideal, and I’d prefer to share with just one other person if it is a house share.

I’m clean, respectful, easy going, a non smoker, have no pets, and I’m looking for somewhere calm and tidy. I work full time, keep busy with the gym and work, and I’m not looking for a party house.

I can move quickly, provide ID, proof of income and references if needed. Happy to view as soon as possible.
