House Share Wanted – Two Sisters Seeking Rooms

Hi!
My sister (25) and I (23) are looking for a house share and ideally need two rooms within the same property. We're happy with either a house that has two available rooms or a landlord looking to rent to two people together.

We'd ideally love en-suite if we found someone who would take us both in one room, but we're also happy to share a bathroom with one other person if that is not the case. A friendly, sociable household would be great, while still being somewhere calm and comfortable to come home to.

A little about us: my sister works full-time and is quite the homebody who enjoys reading and relaxing after work. I'm currently completing my Master's degree (graduating in July) and work part-time. I'm a bit more outgoing and enjoy attending events and spending time with friends, but I also appreciate a peaceful home environment.

We're both respectful, clean, easy-going, and considerate housemates. We don't mind pets at all and would prefer a non-smoking household, although that's not necessarily a deal-breaker.

We have a guarantor available and have been living in the UK for over a year. We're hoping to move by the end of the month and would love to find a welcoming place that feels like home.
