Room Wanted - not fussy

I am looking to move to the area with a view to pursuing professional golf, becoming a member at some coastal courses in order to practice in the wind. I am a fitness and wellbeing professional, who also plays semi-pro football. I am not in the house much, and am very quiet when I do come and go, so no hassle really. Am happy to take the box room that is often difficult to rent out!
