I’m Andrew, I’m 32 and in need of a double room. Not fussed on location. No students
Preferably with its own en suite
Driveway would be ideal as I have an EV and ideally would place an EV charger at the property. I would of course pay for this alongside any associated costs. You would be more than welcome to use said charger.
I am ready to move in from 28/08 as my house sale will be complete by then.
I have a small dog which I will have 2 weeks out of every month. He is small, well trained and I will take him to work with me.
