Hi, I’m Andrew – moving to London in mid-August for work and looking for a room in a friendly, well-kept flat.
I’m originally from the US and will be working in a professional role, so I keep a consistent schedule during the week. I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and easygoing to live with. I’ve lived with roommates for years and value a balance of being social while also respecting personal space.
Outside of work, I stay active, enjoy exploring new neighborhoods, trying restaurants, and traveling when I can. At home, I’m pretty low-key and will maintain a clean kitchen and any shared spaces.
What I’m looking for in flatmates:
Since I’m new to London, it would be great to live with people who are open, friendly, and up for the occasional chat, meal, or exploring the city together. That said, I also appreciate people who are independent and respectful of downtime. Ideally, a flat where everyone is considerate, communicates well, and takes pride in keeping shared spaces clean.
What I’m looking for:
-A clean, well-maintained flat
-Good transport links
-Ideally a double room
-Open to most areas (Zones 1–3 preferred, but flexible)
Logistics:
Move-in: Mid-August
Budget: £1,200
Length: Open, ideally 4-5 months (would like to understand the city before committing to anything longer)
Happy to do virtual viewings initially
If it sounds like a good fit, feel free to reach out. I am happy to chat or jump on a call.
