Studio flat/bedsit [Pet Suitable] - September 12th

I'm a professional with one cat looking to stay close to Central London in a flatshare, preferably in an en-suite. I'll be keeping a busy schedule, working weekdays and would like to mostly relax during the weekends.
I'd like to casually hang out with flatmates in common areas every now and then, perhaps check out local spots together in the weekends. I am very mindful of the cleanliness of shared spaces and would like everyone in the house to be mindful of that as well.
