Professional Returning to Study at King's College
Hello,
My name is Julian and I will be moving to London in September 2026 to begin an MA in Political Economy at King's College London.
Prior to returning to university, I spent over 20 years working in professional roles in international education, government and the private sector. My background includes work with the British Council, the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office, and more recently in business development and sales roles in Barcelona, where I have lived for the past eight years.
I am looking for a quiet, comfortable home rather than a typical student house. I am respectful, tidy and considerate of other people's space. I don't smoke or drink, and I tend to keep a fairly healthy routine. My interests include politics, history, travel, cycling, reading and meditation.
Ideally, I am looking for a mature and friendly household with a calm atmosphere where everyone values privacy and mutual respect. An ensuite would be a bonus, but the most important thing for me is a comfortable place to live and study during my time at King's.
References are available and I would be happy to arrange a call or meet in person.
Best wishes,
Julian
