Looking for a clean and comfortable room to rent

I am currently working on the NZT Project and am looking for clean, comfortable and well-maintained accommodation during my time in the area.

I work full-time in a senior Health, Safety & Environment role and have a demanding schedule, so I am primarily looking for somewhere quiet, secure and relaxing to return to after work. My working hours can vary and may occasionally include weekends, depending on project requirements.

I am respectful, tidy, non-smoking, easy-going and considerate of other people’s space. Most of my time will be spent at work, the gym, or relaxing in the evenings, so I am not looking for a party house.

A comfortable room, reliable Wi-Fi, parking and a clean living environment are my main priorities. I take pride in looking after wherever I stay and can provide references if required.

Ideally I am looking for accommodation for the duration of the project, but I am flexible and open to discussing different arrangements.
