Looking for another female flat mate!

Hi! My friend (Gigi) and I (Elissa) are looking for a flatmate. I am 22, and Gigi is 20, and we are looking for a female flatmate aged 20-24 who is a student. We have known each other for several months now from studying at ual together. Gigi will be entering her 3rd year, and I’ll be entering my sandwich year. We are both very bubbly girls who love meeting new people, but are very respectful of each other’s privacy and space. We like to keep things clean and tidy, but are very easy-going and chill. Preferably, we’re looking for a flatmate who doesn’t smoke or vape and prefers more chill hang outs :)

We haven’t found a specific place yet, but we've started looking around in the Tooting, Clapham, and Wimbledon areas with a budget of £2,500 per month. We are looking to move in very late August or early September.
