23 Year old Guitar Teaching Looking for Room 🙏

Hi!

I’m Joe. I’m 23 Years old working in music education looking for a room to move into at the start of September. I graduated from Goldsmiths University in 2023 and have been working in London since while gigging.

I’m half English half Japanese and grew up in Bournemouth who moved to London in 2020 for Uni.

I’m visiting my girlfriend in Shanghai in August for a month and then coming back to the uk to start work again which is why I can only move at the start of September.

I’m a social person but not looking for a party flat. I am looking for somewhere I can be comfortable long term as I do not have plans to leave London. I have a band which play around London and am well connected with friends so I won’t be reliant on my housemate being super close friends but I’m up for a cute pub trip every now and then.

I’m a clean person who’s happy to work with a cleaning/chores rota to make sure the responsibility is spread out evenly between us.

If you’re interested in me being a flatmate it would be nice to see the place and also meet the flatmates and see if we’re compatible:)
