Hi, I’m Lee, a 20-year-old student from Stockholm who will be on exchange at LSE for the autumn semester. I’m looking for a furnished room in London from early or mid-September until mid-December, ideally within easy reach of LSE and Central London. I’ll be moving on my own and would prefer single occupancy.
My budget is flexible, though I’d prefer to stay around £1,000 per month or below for a single room. I’m open to flatshares, student halls, studio rooms, and similar options. I’m currently only available for digital viewings.
I’m tidy, quiet, non-smoking, and respectful of shared spaces. I’m also fairly social and enjoy studying, music, exercising, and reading. I can provide proof of enrolment, proof of funds, a deposit, a guarantor, and references if needed.
