SE london enby seeks housing

Hi I'm Maxim (they/them), I'm a researcher and artist, I currently work on a climate change research project at a university and make art (kinda intermittently) in my spare time. I'm quite a social and busy person so tend to spend a lot of evenings/weekends out and about (I also work from the office 5 days a week) but do also try and get some downtime in at the house and always enjoy chilled evenings with housemates. Looking for a queer-friendly place that I feel comfortable in and can call home ideally with a garden so I can get my hands in the soil and grow some veg (as long as that doesn't tread on anyone's toes). My interests include strange electronic music, hiking, photography, leftie politics and foraging. I like partying but tend to keep home as more of a chilled place. I've been reliably informed that I'm nice to live with (could get my current house mates to write a reference if you like).
