Looking for a room or buddy up early July

I am set to start a new job in Birmingham at the beginning of July. Preferably I would like to move into a new place on the third of the month but I could extend the move a week or so.

I like to cook, so a fellow foodie would be great! I mostly eat vegetarian food but eat meat maybe once a week/fortnight. I would enjoy socialising with flatmates/housemates but also like time alone to do yoga, read etc.
