Looking to share a place....I bring furniture/pets

Hey!
I’m in the process of selling my house as the cost of living has made it more difficult to afford….i work in the public sector….enough said!
So I’m looking to rent, and thought sharing would be a great opportunity to try and save a bit at the same time. I’d also be new to the area so looking to meet new people.
I bring a house worth full of furniture (except wardrobes), and also a 12yr old cat, and 18 month old cocker spaniel.
I’m very outdoorsy, so would happily live either near some green space, or in a village.
I work shifts, so not always around, giving us both privacy! Also very clean, tidy and house proud.
Ideally need some form of outdoor space to let the dog out for a wee, but a courtyard would do.
