Hi,
I am a final-year PhD student at University of Exeter and am looking for a quiet, self-contained place to move in from mid-September 2026.
Ideally, I am looking for:
• A studio or one-bedroom flat (A quiet environment suitable for studying and writing up my PhD thesis)
• Move-in date ideally around mid-September but negotiable
I am a responsible, clean and tidy tenant. I rarely host parties, and spend most of my time working on my research. I am looking for a comfortable and peaceful home for the final stage of my PhD.
