Looking for a central room

Hello, I'm a 50 year old male, I have a secure, permanent, 9 - 5 full time job in Edinburgh in social care / mental health.

I'm hoping to find somewhere to rent at the end of June (July 4th at the latest).
Ideally, a quiet-ish shared house / flat in Edinburgh. Newington, Dalry, Haymarket, Leith, Marchmont would be ideal, but I'm open to other areas. I'm not interested in party flats!

6 months minimum

I get along with all decent people, regardless of age, gender, orientation. I'm vegetarian but respectful of other's diets.

I'm very respectful, tidy and and leave a space as I found it - if not cleaner!
I'm fairly quiet, happy to have a chat in passing but equally comfortable in my own company, I'd be fine with a property with no sitting room. I spend my free time at the cinema, watching live music, watching comedy, running and visiting friends.
I'm also a part-time musician - but don't worry, this is PC based always using headphones!

I'm experienced in looking after cats and dogs so If you have one it would be a welcome bonus!
