Looking for a room in CB4

I am moving to Cambridge for my placement this September. I am looking for a room near Science Park/Cambridge North Station for work convenience, for a year long.

I like going the gym (or just staying fit in general), drawing/painting, cafes, exploring the city, trying new activities. I also bake quiet often so you can expect a sweet treat every now and then. I don't smoke, I do drink on occasions but not often. I prefer female flatmates or mix of both females and males. Also prefer quiet and clean space.
