Looking for a Room

Hi, I'm James, 33, and currently looking for a new place to call home in North London.

I've lived in Muswell Hill for a number of years and absolutely love the area. Originally from the countryside, being close to green spaces is important to me, and I've found a little slice of that here. I'm friendly, easy-going, and enjoy a balance of socialising and downtime. I love cooking, long walks, catching up with friends, discovering good local cafés and pubs, and enjoying a glass of wine from time to time.

Professionally, I work as a Model Scout and Mother Agent. I'm self-employed and work from home for much of the week, although my job also involves regular travel, particularly during fashion weeks and industry events.

I've spent the last decade living with my partner, and after recently deciding to go our separate ways, I'm looking for a fresh start in a welcoming, positive home. I'm clean, considerate, respectful of shared spaces, and value living with people who are friendly and comfortable doing their own thing, while also enjoying the occasional chat, shared meal, film night, or trip to the pub.

I'm looking for somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a place to sleep, and I'd love to find a household with a good energy and a relaxed atmosphere.
