I work in voice and need flatmates who are respectful and conscious of noise during working hours. I also have Celiac disease and need housemates respectful of gluten free kitchenware (as required medically for my condition). and I live with a service animal who helps with these medical needs (small, quiet, well behaved 13 pound dog named Momo).
