Room wanted immediately

Hi! I’m a 19-year-old law student looking for a room in a friendly and respectful household. I’m clean, organised, quiet, and easy to get along with. I spend most of my time studying, tutoring, or out with friends, so I’m not someone who brings lots of noise or parties into the house.

I have a well-behaved indoor cat who is friendly, litter trained, and looked after properly. I’m happy to discuss any concerns about pets and provide references if needed.

My budget is around £800-£1,100 per month depending on the room and location, and I’m looking to move as soon as possible. I’m hoping to find somewhere comfortable where I can settle in for the next academic year.
