Hi I'm Joseph, 22y, and I've just got a job in Leeds, around Swillington (main office). I'm looking for 1 or 2 flatmates to find a house together or to move into an existing share.
I'm clean, tidy and respectfully of shared areas, I pay bills on time. I will be out most days for work but love a good pub in the evening or a run but I'm happy to do my own thing really.
WHAT IM LOOKING FOR:
- A double room (furnished or unfurnished)
- Budget is around £500 (ideally bills inc)
- In and around the Garforth, Cross, Gates or Swillington area (tho I'm happy to be closer into town.
- Looking to move in, in the next 6 to 8 weeks
- looking for clean (not worried if it's old or new or not)
