Hello, I am Ares (she/her)!
I am looking for a room in London (preferrably double), with a budget of £1,000pcm. I am avaiblable in move from September 2026.
To briefly introduce myself, I am 23 years old and currently live in Barcelona, where I studied my bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics and now work as a consultant for public administrations in the Social Services field. I am very excited because in September I’m going to start the MSc in International Social and Public Policy, with a specialisation in Migration, at the London School of Economics. The master’s programme lasts for about a year, from September 2026 until August 2027.
I am eager to build a peaceful and warm household (and LGBTQ+ friendly!). I am sociable, and I love to get home and ask and get asked about the day, to have dinner and do activities together often, but I also appreciate a peaceful environment to rest and study. Moreover, I like being clean and organised in my space and especially in shared spaces, and I have previously shared a flat for four years now. Oh, and I have also developed my skills as a plant mum throughout the years! :) I have my own bedroom furniture in case it is necessary, and I also have a couple other bits and pieces (cushions for the sofa, a rug for the entryway…) that I’d be happy to bring.
In my free time, I enjoy sports and outdoors activities, specially, running, climbing and dancing, although I am always excited to try new things. Apart from sports, I love to read and learn new languages (I am currently studying Arabic!). I am also actively involved in the local community in Barcelona, for which I hope to become similarly involved in London. I am also very curious person, and I love meeting new people and learning new things. I would love to hear about your interests!
Unfortunately, I will not be able to visit in person, but I would be happy to arrange a video call so that we can get to know each other better.
