Looking for a bright, clean and friendly SE Lonon

Hey! I’m 28 and work full time in an art studio. Outside of work I split my time between the gym and music — I’m a musician and rent a studio with my band, which I keep separate from home life!

I’m hoping to find somewhere clean, cosy and friendly. I’m very happy having the occasional dinner, drink or chat together, but I also love unwinding at home with a film or a book. I’ve always lived with house rotas and a good respect for communal spaces, and I’d love to find the same kind of feel in my next home.

My current housemate has a cat who I loveee, but I’m happy either way with pets as I don’t have any myself!

I’m flexible on moving dates, although I’d need to give at least a month’s notice at my current place :)
