Professional male, 53, looking for a comfortable double room or self-contained space for 3–6 months while my house is being renovated (possibly longer if it works well for everyone).

Budget up to £1,000 pcm. Available to move immediately.

I’m friendly, respectful, tidy and very easy to live with. I work full-time and have a busy lifestyle, so I’m usually out during the day and mainly looking for a quiet place to relax, sleep, cook occasionally and use as a temporary home.

I have a well-behaved Labrador who would be coming with me, so I’m looking for a dog-friendly household. He is exercised regularly and I also use a professional dog walker, so he would not be left around the house all day.

Happy sharing with males or females of any age. Ideally looking for somewhere relaxed, clean and friendly. References available if required.
