Mother with 9-month-old baby looking for furnished

Hi,

I'm a 36-year-old mother looking for a furnished room, annex or studio for myself and my 9-month-old baby. I'm looking to move as soon as possible and would ideally like somewhere with access to cooking facilities and all bills included.

I'm looking for a clean, safe and comfortable place to call home and am open to living with a live-in landlord or in a family home. A self-contained annex or studio would also be ideal.

My budget is up to £700 per month, and I'm looking in and around Kettering, preferably close to the town centre.
