Flatshare in City Centre - 2-3 Grads 🤙

Hi All,

I’m looking to start ( / join) a 2-3 person flat share in Birmingham city centre!

With the state of HMOs and 1-bed apartments being pretty dire these days, sharing a larger flat seems to be the best way to get a really nice space without breaking the bank. Not to mention the savings on bills, council tax etc.

I’ve had a look on Rightmove, and at ~£800 pppm, you can find some really nice places within the high-rises of Brum city centre; ideally, we’d be looking at a reasonably new, furnished flat, with parking, in the £700-£950 pppm range.

About me – laid-back 22y/o UoB grad, working full time as an aerospace engineer and training to be a pilot on the side

Looking to live with other sociable grads / young professionals (21-25ish). Honestly not fussed at all beyond that – if you’re decent to be around, we’ll get on just fine!
