Hey!
In September I'll be starting a 3 year doctorate at Herts Uni (College Lane Campus). I'm looking for somewhere to rent. Throughout the 3 years I'll be earning a band 6 NHS salary as a Trainee Clinical Psychologist.
I will be working placements Mon-Wed and in lectures Thurs/Fri. Then on weekend I'll be heading home to Hampshire - myself and my husband own our house and we don't want to relocate! I will need somewhere where parking is available as I'll need to drive to placements, and home. Not fussy if it's on/off road or needs a permit.
I'm 34. I don't drink. I don't smoke but I do vape. I'm very clean, tidy and quiet. I gym 3x per week. You'll probably barely see me to be honest 😂
I can't provide references from landlords as I've had a mortgage for 7 years, but I can provide character references.
