25F professional looking for a room in August

Hi! I'm Shivani, a 25 year old doctor taking a year out to teach at the University of Manchester from September to June 😊

I'm new to Manchester and would love to find someone who's up for hanging out when we're both free — always down to try new food and drink spots, and enjoy a social night out 🍜🍷 I've recently really gotten into reformer Pilates and trying to be more active!!

I will be working 9–5 with some WFH days. I'll have a few periods throughout the year where I need to properly lock in for exams 📚 but outside of that I'm sociable and easy to live with. Been in shared flats for 8 years so I know how to be respectful of shared spaces :)) I am pet friendly. My only dealbreaker is smoking & drugs.

Looking for a double room from early-mid August, budget around £800 max inc. bills but flexible depending on the place, within 30 mins commute of UoM. Ideally sharing with another professional girl! I'd prefer a secure flat/gated community, with some added amenities if possible, but this is not a dealbreaker :)
