Graduate seeking Professional House/Flat Share

I’m a 23-year-old soon-to-be graduate from Newcastle University. I will soon be starting a graduate role with a consultancy firm in Newcastle City Centre and I am looking for a professional house/flat share from Summer 2026.

I’m seeking a well-maintained and respectful house or flat share within a reasonable commute of Newcastle City Centre. I’m open to locations including Gosforth, Heaton, Sandyford, Fenham, and Gateshead.

My budget is flexible between £400 and £600 PCM, and I would ideally like bills included.

As I’ll be working full-time, I would prefer a professionals-only household, although I would be happy to consider a house share with mature students. I’m looking for clean, tidy, and considerate housemates who respect shared spaces and contribute to a positive living environment.

As a bit about me: I’m sociable and enjoy going out but I also appreciate quieter evenings at home. I regularly go to the gym, enjoy walking and hiking, and would describe myself as friendly, a good laugh, and easy to live with.
