Looking for a place to stay - postgraduate study

Hey there, my name is Ilyas and I am a 23 year old looking for a house suitable for postgraduate study. I am not a nause and am quite happy to meet great people and have a good social setting. I am not interested by late nights or excessive drinking as I was three years ago and I would appreciate people with a similar mindset.
