House share wanted near to Lewisham centre!

I'm 25, I love photography and the outdoors and I'm looking for a house share near Lewisham centre before I start my new job at the end of August. Easy access to a train station is preferred in order to cut down on my commute but I can be flexible.
I'm clean and friendly but also perfectly happy in my own company. I'm looking for a social house of fellow professionals who are both outgoing but also like to take things easy every now and then.
