Professional age 23 looking for house share

Hi, I'm Dara, I'm 23 and I'm moving to Cambridge in September for a 2-year graduate programme. I'm looking for housemates to share a property with for the first year (or two years if it's a good fit), preferably female and also working, although I wouldn't mind sharing with PhD students.

I'm sociable and would love housemates who are up for hanging out sometimes, in the house or going out to the pub or for dinner, etc., but I also like my own space sometimes in the evenings after work. I'm very tidy and would like to share with housemates who want a clean and cosy space, and are willing to split cleaning equally. I read a lot, I'm also a runner and I like cooking and going out to eat.

I'm hoping to move in somewhere within the first couple weeks of September. Location is important to me, I'd like to be within walking/cycling distance of the city centre and cycling distance of work. My budget is £1150 max (if council tax and bills included) per month.
