21 year old student searching for a place!

Hello!

I am a 21 year old male full time student looking to rent a property for this next year of uni.

I have a UK guarantor in place (if needed) and will be funded using SFE maintenance loan to comfortably pay rent.

I would be looking to rent for my academic year (September 2026 to May 2027) however I can move in 1-2 months earlier if required.

I am a naturally clean, quiet and respectful person that always maintains a tidy environment - I do not smoke nor drink.

Others would describe me as a sort of social chameleon; I can simply fit the mood whether it's more sociable or instead time for people to wind down in their own space! (If you know MBTI I am an INFJ!)

I have plenty of hobbies I actively invest time in like cycling and dancing over to my downtime alone where I typically enjoy gaming - among these I also have an ever growing interest in fashion!

(P. S I live and breathe music I simply cannot do anything without it)
