Writer and her cat looking for social house share

Hi folks! I'm looking for a double room within easy commuting distance to Marylebone, for myself and my cat Kiki.

I am a musical theatre writer and creative producer. I work two days a week for a theatre venue (sometimes remote, sometimes I go in), and three days a week writing from home. I'm generally out 2-3 evenings a week at various theatre-related events. I tend to be a (quiet) night owl and sleep until about 9am. On the weekends, I generally have one day at home taking it easy, and one day out doing something fun.

My ideal house share would be 3-4 people in total, with a friendly social vibe and a private space to retreat to when I need to recharge my batteries. I'd love to have a large double room with space for a desk and an armchair, and a shared living room. An outside space would be nice, but not a dealbreaker.

I tend to do grab-and-go breakfast & lunch, and then cook a simple dinner. It would be nice if we'd sometimes cook and eat together, or share a takeaway. I'm an omnivore, but happy to share a kitchen with vegetarians and be mindful of keeping utensils separate.

I'm tidy overall (or will keep any mess contained to my room), and apprecate flatmates who clean up after themselves, while keeping a relaxed attitude to a bit of clutter here and there.

My cat Kiki is 9 years old and a bit of a sassy weirdo, but she is sweet and affectionate (especially when she wants whatever you're eating). She doesn't get along very well with other cats, dogs, etc, so she would need to be the only pet in the house. Of course she will be my responsibility, but if flatmates wanted to help out with feeding and playing with her, she will love you.

My timeline for moving is flexible in late June/July/early August this year. I have just ended a long-term relationship and am living amicably with my ex until I find the right place to go next.
