Looking for a room near a train station choochoo🚂

Hey y'all I'm moving to Manchester to start a teaching course and I'm looking for a two bedroom flat to rent that's somewhere close to a train station (picadilly, oxford road, or deansgate). I am also open to buddying up. Here's some info for your reference:

Budget: £750 (without bills)

Move in: Anytime between august 10-august 24. I'm happy to consider paying for the whole month of August if required.

Length of stay: Ideally a one year tenancy

Occupation: Postgrad/teacher training student at UoM. I'll be teaching at placements 4 days a week, highly likely that I'll be taking the train every morning to placements, hence my desire to live near a train station.

I'm looking for a place with two bathrooms. I prefer an ensuite bathroom/shower room but I also don't mind not having an ensuite, however if that's the case then it's a must for me that both bathrooms have their own showers. This is to avoid any scheduling conflicts during busy mornings🙏

I am currently not based in the UK, so viewings will have to be online. I'm very happy to also schedule video calls to get to know each other more🙏if we're buddying up and you're based in the UK, I'm happy to contribute to any costs you face if you physically attend a viewing :)

Information about me:

I'm Shady, I'm a really easy going and flexible guy. I love laughing and making fun of everything and my sarcasm and dry humour are beyond repair. My philosophy is to try to not take life or myself too seriously, but I'll always respect rules, fairness, and other peoples boundaries/values/cultures etc.

This goes without saying but I will definitely clean up after myself, and maintain the general tidiness and cleanliness of the home. I take good care of items and keep an eye out for safety hazards, always. I usually keep to myself and do my own thing but I definitely don't mind hanging out. I'm not a party guy and I don't drink or smoke because I like to live a boring, healthy life where I prioritize sleep, exercise, and a calm, healthy environment. I'm an early sleeper/early riser, so you'll never have to worry about me being loud at night :)

I have zero specific flatmate preferences, I don't mind if you drink or smoke, I don't care what you do or who you bring. I don't care where you come from or if you like pineapple on pizza....as long as we maintain a high standard of respect for each other and the place we live in then we're good :)

In my free time outside of home, I like working out or hiking or just chilling at a park or going for a walk. At home I do things like pick at my six string, play video games for an unhealthy amount of time, or cook. You may also catch me just staring at a wall once or twice👍
