Young professional female seeking living space!

I’m Alex - a 21 year old who has recently started full-time employment in Durham. I am finishing my Master’s degree, and am looking for somewhere to live for 6months-1 year in and around Durham/Gateshead/Sunderland.

I will be working in Durham Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm, and spend the majority of my free time at the theatre. I am incredibly bubbly & extroverted but always clean and tidy, and have lived in a shared flat for 4 years now. I am looking for others who are young professionals, and who also clean and tidy but looking to make friends with those they live with! A sense of community is super important to me.

I am looking for a furnished double en-suite room, with parking. I need somewhere with good transport links to the big local towns for theatre-purposes, but will have my car to commute to work as well. I am looking to move in during August!
