Film & music nerd seeks peaceful N/E London room

Howdy. I'm Alonso, a 30-year-old creative professional working in content production, film, and cultural writing. As you might guess, I’m attempting to promote myself here to try to bypass the horrors of London’s housing situation.

I believe I'm tidy and organised, and value a home that feels calm and welcoming. Currently I have a day job commute a couple days a week towards Waltham Cross, and work remotely on my freelance projects (cultural radio show, film writing, curation, etc.), so I appreciate a space that works for both focus and downtime.

I'm into film, music, pro-wrestling, historical minutiae and other niche hyperfixations. Always happy to chat, but equally comfortable doing my own thing.

I'm looking for somewhere with good transport links towards and around the North East.
