Looking for a room. Flexible move-in

Hi, I’m Steven, a web developer and designer relocating to the UK and looking for a room in Manchester from late June onwards. Move-in date is flexible.

I am working remotely for a Hong Kong-based company, with clients mainly in Europe and the US. Usually, I work from my own room or a coworking space. Although some of my clients are overseas, I rarely have late-night meetings, and I’m generally quiet while working.

At home, I’m respectful of other people’s space and will keep shared areas clean and tidy. I clean up after myself and don’t leave dishes or rubbish sitting in communal areas.

I completed my master’s degree in architecture in San Francisco, so outside work, I enjoy exploring the cool buildings in cities. I also started kickboxing in recent years and would like to continue training after moving to the UK.

I don’t have a fixed preference about who I live with, but I’m looking for considerate housemates who are comfortable communicating openly about anything related to the home. I’m happy to be friendly and have a chat, while also respecting everyone’s independence and personal space.
