24 y/o Aussie M, Looking for a room near Waterloo

I'm a 24 year old man and I just moved from Australia for an internship that starts in early July. I'm looking for rooms near Waterloo, Southwark and London Bridge.

I will be working as a swim teacher before the internship begins, and then working full-time as an analyst during the internship.

I'm hoping for a house that has a lot of friendly people, looking to socialise occasionally, but I'm not a massive partygoer, especially during the week, so more relaxed households also work well with me.

I'm extremely clean and tidy, so I will definitely be taking good care of common spaces.

In my free time I like hiking, playing sports and going out to the gym as much as possible.
