Masters Student looking for room in flatshare :)

Hi! I'm a 21-year-old student starting a History Masters at Edinburgh in September, and my friend and I are looking for 2 bedrooms in an existing houseshare, ideally within walking distance of the university, at a budget of ~£800 a month. I'd be looking to move in around August/September for a year.

I'm very flexible as a housemate, enjoying cosy nights in as well as evenings out in the city. I'm a very clean, considerate person to live with, looking for a friendly flat atmosphere but equally respecting the need for individual downtime and privacy, myself needing a peaceful space for completing uni work.
