Buddy up/Spare double room

Hi! I’m Annisha (25; female) and relocating to Newcastle to begin as a trainee clinical psychologist with Newcastle Uni/NHS.

I am friendly, respectful and clean and very accustomed to flat sharing, having lived in house shares since uni! I love being outdoors in nature, doing anything active (I run/gym/swim), cooking, reading and art! I also love spending time with my family and our cockapoo. 🐶

I am looking for a likeminded, easygoing young professional/student (aged 24-29) to share with in a 2 or 3 bed. Would be lovely to be a friend as well as a housemate!

They may enjoy going for coffee together, a walk or a cosy night in cooking but also have their own things going on too. While I love socialising, I also value my own time/will be doing a busy doctorate so a balanced, peaceful and tidy space is important to me :)

Areas I am looking: Heaton/anywhere close to the Dene
PCM: £500-750
Move in: preferably from 1st Oct however can be flexible with mid-Sept time!
