Looking for my next adventure!

I'm keen to find my new home and explore a new area of London. I am looking for a double ensuite room and love open spaces. I have been living in my current home in East London (Canary Wharf) for the past 3 years and I'm looking to find a new part of London that I can call home with loads of cafes, and a good cultural scene.
Preference: I am looking to live within commutable distance to central london with a budget up to £1,400 (incl bills). I'd prefer to live with no more than 2 new flatmates (so a house of a total of 3 rooms).

I'm ideally looking for somewhere I can settle into comfortably — a clean, well-maintained home with good transport links into the city. I'm looking for someone who is warm, likes to keep the space around them clean and is respectful of personal space as well. I would love to get to know my flatmates and hang around with them for the occasional movies or weekend gigs together.

I'm sociable and love a good chat over morning coffee or an occasional house dinner, but I also completely respect that everyone has their own rhythm and space. I'd describe myself as easy-going, considerate, and reliable.
