University Tutor moving to London

I am moving to London in August to start working in a new school. I currently teach lighting in a theatre conservatoire in Dublin, and am taking up a new post in London start of September. My job is full-time on-site with some evenings and weekends.
I might be your ideal housemate if you like... Food, tea, art, film, board-games, and time to yourself.
I like chatting, cooking and sharing food. I love to go to the cinema during week when it's quiet and to talk about it after.
I consider myself tidy and unobstrusive. I clean up after myself, clean our shared bathroom, hoover and mop the communal areas, and empty bins. I don't sign up to cleaning rotas as I'm away and busy a lot.
I'm in a mature relationship and want to feel like my partner can visit me.
I will not be your ideal housemate if you like... Frequent parties, playing loud music, are looking for friends to hang out with a lot, or don't allow houseguests.
I would like a room on my own, preferably double. I do currently own all the furniture in my room in Dublin but I'm happy to move with or without it, so furnished or unfurnished is fine.
