Creative looking for a new place to call home

Hi! I'm Noah, a musical theatre performer currently based in Barnes and looking for a friendly home in a more central part of London. My current flat is being sold by the landlord, so I'm taking the opportunity to find a new home a little closer to central London.

I'd describe myself as warm, curious, sociable, and easy-going. Professionally, I work across a few different areas: alongside auditioning and performing, I work in specialised hospitality in Central London and freelance as an assistant director on opera productions across Europe. This means my schedule is varied and often takes me around the UK and abroad.
I am also finishing my PhD on ancient multilingualism.

Outside of work you'll usually find me at the theatre, going swimming, exploring museums, or discovering a new café, especially pastries and brunch. I'm FtM, tidy without being obsessive, communicative, and generally easy to live with. I enjoy spending time with housemates over dinner, a cup of tea, or a glass of wine, but I'm also respectful of people's space and downtime.

I'd be happiest living with friendly professionals, creatives, or fellow theatre lovers who enjoy a balance between having their own lives and occasionally sharing a meal or a chat at the end of the day. I'm not a big partier, but I'd love to live in a home that feels welcoming, relaxed, and friendly.
