Friendly, tidy PA/carer seeking room.

I'm a 25 year old working as a personal care assistant. I have strong ties to Reigate/Redhill area having lived there for several years + working locally so am ideally looking for a place in the same general area. I am quiet, responsible and tidy.

Ideally I am searching for a double room (though would consider single) in a clean, quiet environment. WiFi and access to a washing machine are essential. Close to public transport and local amenities is preferred. My budget is up to £700.
