Looking for a home!

Hi and thanks for reading!
I’m a single 42 year old civil servant who is looking for either a double room in a quiet property or a studio/1 bed flat from the middle of August.

I’m tidy (perhaps too tidy!), respectful, organised and love to cook, whether for myself or for others. I also think I’m a pretty chilled person to live with! I like to socialise with others but am also very happy in my own company. I volunteer in my spare time in quite a demanding role and I think this experience makes me a trustworthy and level headed person.

I’m done with my party era so now much more value a night in with friends and good food, or going out for a chilled evening and being in bed before 11pm :) I’m also very focused on health and wellbeing so spend time in the gym and other activities.

I work from the office an average of 3 days a week, although some weeks more and others less. I also travel for work fairly frequently so will occasionally be away for a few days at a time.

I’m looking for a double room and ideally with an en suite. I have a 4 year old cocker spaniel but she is (genuinely!) one of the best behaved dogs I have ever come across, and I share her with my current housemate so we will be splitting her 50/50 between us and she won’t be there all the time.
